wow. it's been a while and i feel as though i've jipped y'all on an update. so, let me give you an abridged version of wtf is up.

it snowed today! the first snow evarrr! &` i was inside my school when it happened and it stopped before i could get to it. ugh. but it'll snow a lot more later of course. it always does and when this happens, you'll get my bitch/rant on how annoying snow is especially when there's no damn snow day.

i'm currently working on a sailor moon 2010 calendar! huzzah. it's on deviantart, so check that shiz out dolly. it features all original artwork by myself and a little extra! i'll be selling them $30 each once they're finished. tell me if you're interested.

the new sailor moon 20th anniversary dvd comes out in freakn' 7 days. i'm going to have one helluva time watching it. i mean, this is my first official sailor moon r2 set. the others are super expensive (like $500 up to a box or so i've heard). i can't wait to see what kind of special things this dvd may or may not

have!

that HUUUUUGE sailor moon seiyuu thing is this sunday. the voice actresses will all be together for that special event. sadly, i'm not going to be there. i'll be on the other side of the world. but darling, i love recaps!

I've been a busy little girl for a while. After my trip to Disney World, I went to Greece for ten days, and then immediately after I had to start my Junior year of high school. Uh, I'm a tired mess. Either way, I'm so glad that all this Sailor Moon merch is still coming in.

As for the complete colorization of Sailor Moon manga, it's coming along well. It takes me some time to work on a single frame but I want to get it just right. So, I'm just going to be releasing them as single acts. Keep on the look out. More info at Eternal Tsuki. Please donate so I can buy a real domain. Thanks.

Today both of my highly anticipated DVD sets have arrived from UPS. This is the last of my birthday gifts and I was extremely delighted to recieve them. So, without further ado, I present to you my Supers Pioneer/Genon DVD set w/ the shrinkwrap ( ♥ ) & my Stars (unfortunately bootleg) DVD set. You can read more about my Stars set (here). I'll be honest w/ you, I was really nervous about the Stars set and was worried that the quality would suck. That would mean that this is my second bootleg stars set and then I'd have to go out and buy the official ones. However, I popped the set both in my DVD player and computer and the quality was extremely good. I was pretty shocked considering I only got the set for $50 shipped. The only problem I have is that the subtitles are not removable! I was looking forward to making a cute Stars AMV. Of course, my official SuperS set was really exciting, too. I got it for $119.95 shipped. I'm pretty sure that's a good deal but you tell me what you think. ^-^;; The set features both english and japanese language and it comes w/ a really adorable collectible box (looks great on my Sailor Moon DVD shelf). It's finally here! Yesterday was my sweet sixteen and I had a hellauva time.

I spent the day packing because I'm leaving for Walt Disney World in a matter of days. My family and I are staying until July 29! I'm excited to celebrate the fourth over there. Earlier this year I promised myself that I'd go to Tokyo, Japan for my sixteenth birthday but that was a promise I couldn't keep. I don't think I'm ready to travel like that yet. Plus, I'm going to Disney ^-^
Anyway, my family took me out to Benihana for dinner and I ordered their delicious yakisoba dinner. When we got back we celebrated with my Sailor Moon cake and presents. I went to my local bakery and ordered a sailor moon cake. They did a pretty good job scanning a pgsm bento that I had. I was really pleased. The scariest thing happened though when I went to pick it up. They lost my bento! It was only until my dad complained that they found it. I'm wondering if there are any secret moonies at the Deerfield's bakery in BG... Pictures are under cut AND believe me you'll like it!

"What does your bracelet say?" Christina questioned staring at the gold chain around my wrist.
"Mm, I don't know." I lied hiding the fact that I knew very well what I was wearing. My lucky charm. My `94 Nakayoshi exclusive Sailor Moon bracelet.
"Ss-aaiiillorrr M-oooo-nn? Sailor Moon?!" She sounded out for all to hear. I ducked into my chair as she exclaimed those last words, my fandom. I suddenly became nervous as she glared at me puzzled.
"Isn't that a show?" She asked as she raised her eyebrow.
"Yeah, from a long time ago. It's silly." I forced myself to say. I'm secretly offended by my denial of love for Sailor Moon. I do this often.
Christina shrugged it off and went back to her math homework and once again I felt like I was hiding a whole other side to my life...

True story. It happened today. It was another day of lies. I hide so much from my friends. Whenever they want to play around with the goodies in my bag, I yank it away from them. Why? There's a camera full my Sailor Moon collection, a NA Sailor Moon wallet from the 90's, a Chibimoon keychain clasped onto my wallet, and several SM doodles hidden inside. My friends think I'm talking behind their backs because I won't let them look at my phone (which has a sailor moon wall paper and tons of sm pics). Truth be told, I would get suspicious, too.
There's something about my school. Once someone finds out about an anime you like, you're automatically stereotyped. To think, I'd probably die if anyone saw my little shrine in my basement...

How do I tell them? Sailor Moon is such a huge part of my life and I don't want to keep acting as if it was nothing to me. In fact, it's the opposite. So, I don't want to keep anymore secrets. I want to come clean but still not look like a loser. Ugh, highschool will be the death of me.
